Urban Waterfront

A rare waterfront lot on the Charleston Peninsula is purchased and a coastal modern abode comes to life. The Lowcountry vernacular is honored but with a bold, unique twist. Traditional elements such as old grown pine floors and gas lanterns grace the house to mimic an old house feel and floor to ceiling windows capture the expansive water views. The interior infuses urban grit with midcentury modern furnishing and decor to create a fresh and unexpected juxtaposition.
